Overview

Email templates provide an email structure used when sending a task to a talent - "Thanks for applying. Please submit these additional things..."
The application provides an initial, default template ("Default Talent Profile Created By Talent") that features a subject, body text containing dynamic fields, and signature text containing dynamic fields.
New templates can be created and used instead of the default. See the Add a Template section below.
Element | Description |
Template name | The name of the talent as it appears in the Admin's list. |
Subject text | The text that will appear as the subject in the email. |
Body text |
The text that will appear as the main body text in the email. The body text is able to be edited in the HTML editor. The body text is normally used to offer an explanation why the receiver is receiving the email. Frequently, the body will also contain a description of next steps.
Dynamic fields can be used in template text areas. Dynamic fields are used to auto-populate personalized information that may change according to email characteristics, such as who is sending the email or who is receiving the email.
Use these dynamic fields to insert personalized information based on recipient:
|
Signature text | The text that will appear as the signature below the main body text in the email. The body text is able to be edited in the HTML editor. |
