Overview
Updated 08/02/2021
Candidates are individuals that qualify for an order or have applied through the Avionté Web Platform Job boards. A candidate is a potential "talent." When an order is displayed, candidates available for that order are displayed. If a talent has been added to an order or applied as a candidate to a job board, then a personalized candidate card is visible in a scrollable talent card list below an order. A candidate card contains details about a specific talent or applicant including an overview, contact information, and other information needed for candidate tracking and placement.
A candidate's data can be compared with order data, enabling the staffing agency to filter qualified applicants according to the order request. Avionté Web Platform's intuitive layout and search functionality give recruiters the power to quickly create, find, and navigate candidate cards.
