This page details search functionality specifically in the Orders area.
Filters narrow down search results to include only those results that meet selected criteria. The search function in the Orders area features its own filters designed specifically for characteristics of that area.
Filters search results to only display Orders that coordinate with a selected branch of the recruiting agency.
Filters search results to only display Orders based on their current status. Statuses include Applicant, Active, and Deleted. Status can be configured by your administrator.
Filters search results to only display Orders based on selected proficiency such as experience with Microsoft software.
Filters search results to display Orders that require certified knowledge or experience rather than specific tools. Qualifications may include certifications, coursework completion, or position-related recognition.

Boolean/Advanced Orders Search
Boolean - also referred to as Advanced Search - is a type of text search that combines keywords with operators such as AND, NOT, and OR to refine search results.
As an example, the phrase "alaska AND mechanic" entered into the Orders search field will generate all Orders containing both words.

An Avionté Web Platform page is made up of fields. The Orders area has specific names for its fields including "Company," "jobTitle," and "company." Additional field names are shown below in the Orders Field Names table.
Specific searches can be performed by entering the field name followed by a value. For instance, the phrase "jobTitle: accountant" entered into search will generate a list of Orders containing "accounting" in the Job Title field. The field names are not case-sensitive and can be entered into the search field with or without capitalization.

|lineOfBusiness||The specific line of business in which the order's position exists.|

|qualifications||The name of a qualification required in an order.|
|startDate||The date the job in the order will start.|
|status||The current status of the order - Open, Expired, Filled, Completed, Deleted, or Partially Filled.|
|summary||The text in the summary part of the order card.|
|tags||A tag associated with an order.|
|type||The type of talent record - processed, unprocessed, or purged.|
