Completing a Job Application
This documentation is for applicants who are applying for a job. Welcome is one of the screens that is included in a job application. To see additional job application related help articles, follow the links below:
Personal info
The Personal Information section collects your address and contact information.
The recruiter may also request or require you to provide a resume at this stage in the application process.

After entering your personal information and/or resume, select Next to move on to the next section of the application.
Enter Personal Information
Enter your personal information in this section. Required fields are labeled with bold text.

Enter your address in the appropriate fields.

Enter your phone number in the Phone number field.

Select Yes or No in the Can we send text messages to this number? section to let the recruiter know if you’d like to receive text messages at this number.

From the Select your provider drop-down menu, choose your mobile phone service provider.
If the recruiter has requested or required your resume, you’ll see the resume upload section on the Personal Information page.

Browse device and upload resume file
Copy and Paste Resume
This method can be used on both computers and mobile device.

Open your resume.

Copy the resume text.

Select the resume upload interface.
The interface will become a text field. -
Paste the text into the text field.

Select Done.
Drag and Drop Resume
This method is typically only available when using a computer.

On your computer, open the folder that contains your resume.

Select the resume file’s icon.

Click and drag the resume icon over the resume box in the job application window.

Let go of the mouse button to drop the file into the resume box.

Note: A notification will display if the file type or size is not accepted.

The process for uploading a resume will vary depending on the operating system and the file storage options you have chosen. See the user documentation for your computer’s operating system and file storage service provider for specific instructions.

Click the browse link. A file manager window will be displayed.

Search for and select your resume.

Attach the resume. The file name will now appear in the resume upload section of the page.
Browse Upload Resume from Mobile Device
The process for uploading a resume from a mobile device will vary depending on the device and the file storage options you have chosen. See the user documentation for your device operating system and file storage service provider for specific instructions.

Select the browse link.

Select the external location where your resume is stored (e.g.,Dropbox, Google Drive, a file on the phone).

Select the resume file to upload it. The file name will now appear in the resume upload section of the page.
Remove Resume
A resume can be removed from the resume upload section by clicking the Delete icon.
Once the resume has been uploaded, it will take some time to parse. During this time, do not click any field until processing is complete.
Accepted Resume File Types
The following file types can be uploaded to the system:
- Microsoft Word-based files (.doc, docx)
- PDFs (only text-based PDFs will be scanned successfully)
- Plain text files (.txt)
Uploaded resumes files can be up to 30MB in size.
